Capital First contacted me through my email. When I called them they told me that I had an unsecured credit line of 2,500. There would be a 29.95 handling fee. At that time they did not tell me that it was unrefundable. They did not tell me that this is a pay as you go type card but when I got the paket I found out that you can only use the card on certain items.They told me at this time that the 29.95 was non refundable.

I was suppose to contact the Corporate Headquarters through the mail. There was no phone number in which to contact the Corporate Headquarters. I found this a little fishy since I was talking to someone on the phone at customer service. I first got Demetris who said her ID number is 31220 she put me on hold to speak to a supervisor I held for a long time then hung up and dialed again. This time I got Demeta whose customer ID # was 091. Once again she put me on hold to speak to a supervisor. Finally when I got one once again I was put on hold and the line went dead. I called again and got Karolyn whose ID # was 046. She put me through to a supervisor who finally put me through to Victoria whose ID # was 157.

I told her my story once again. I told her to cancell my membership and they had best not to take another penny out of my account. I also told her that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. That web address is www.bbbsouthflorida.org. I recommend anyone else who has had problems to report them to the BBB.I will close out my checking account and open a new one to insure that they will not get anymore money.
