Debra My Good news is that it may not be to late to help yourself. First go to your bank and ask to fill out a "dispute form." Like yourself I too fell for this same scam. Your bank should have a 30-60 day grace period to dispute any transactions. I had gone to my bank before the 30 day time period and as of today my bank called me to say they did get all of my money back into my account about 160.00. Also while your there ask them to put a stop to this company from debiting from your account again. However my best advice would be to close this account and open another. I know this may seem like alot to do. The reason you should close and change your account is because it doesn't seem to stop. I just received 2 peices of mail stating an agreement from Capital Firsts initial contact. The mail was from Mega Saver and Hartford Autoclub. They both want to debit my account a $99 fee and a $54.90 fee. I plan on cancelling with them tomorrow between business hours but my husband is going to our bank to close and open a new account. I hope this will help. Good Luck! Dianna
