They are ignoring you - They figure you will give up and go away (thats what WAMU and GEMB thought with me) They cannot ignore complaints that come from the Office Of Thrift Supervision. You can send an email with your complaint then print it and fax a signed copy to them. Send copies of all correspondence and receipts as well
