Capital Restoration The company offered and free roof inspection, file insurance claims and do the work. Work was never done, however company wants us to pay them money Conyers, Georgia
After 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing from the company, we called the insurance company and the roofing company. Later to learn that the roofing company representative was called home due to his mother's illnesss. No one seem to make it a priority to let us know. However a new person, Angela Watt decided to take control, however each week it was always something unbelievable. We contacted the insurance company and they agreed to send an representative out to look at the roof. My husband met this representative from the insurance company at the house and they agreed that there was storm damages. Later we received compensation from the insurance company and the roofing company called and asked if they could come out and obtain the check. We advised them that they had not given us an estimate of cost and work supplies and we would not surrender a check before the work was done.

This complaint just came to our attention. Our company had a signed contract with the homeowner to do the insurance repairs for the insurance proceeds. Once the homeowner received the funds they wanted to keep some of money and wanted us to do it for less than the proceeds. We tried to set up a time to meet with them to go over the job and that never happened. In the end we never did any work for them and they never gave us any money. We just cancelled the job. We are not sure how this could possibly be listed on this website. We have many happy customers and can provide references to anyone if they desire.
