CapitalOne Visa / Master Card RIP OFF - INCREASED INTEREST RATE City Indust California
I have been a customer of CapitalOne for approximately 7 years. My interest rate was under 10%. Evidently, CapitalOne - who has DECREASED the time given for payment receipt - did not receive a payment from me on the due date. My CREDIT LIMIT WAS RAISED from less than 10% to 26.74% !!! EVEN AFTER I PAID A LATE FEE !!!!!! When I called to complain and tell them to cancel my card, they offered me a lower rate, but still well above the original interest rate.
I have a confirmation code for the cancellation of my account, which is paid in full. I will NEVER knowingly do business with capitalone ever again!!!!!
