Capitol Buildings Diamond Outdoors Garage not completed Sophia North Carolina
In March of 2017 I ordered a 30x48 garage from Capitol Buildings in Sophia NC. I was told it would take approximately3 months to be installed.
I actually walked into Diamond Outdoors I denton NC, which is their manufacturing plant and had a few choice words with the manager and my garage was installed the next week, this was 8 months later in October, by the way the installation crew did a great job.
I ordered 3, panel garage doors instead of the roll up doors and I am still waiting for these to be put up. This company, if you can anyone to talk to you will do nothing but lie to your face. They will not return phone calls or even put you through to anyone to talk to. They take your deposit then hope you will cancel so they can keep your money.
I was told last week by a friend that knows one of the owners they were over 1200 buildings behind. They never intend to to build all of these. I am looking into a class action lawsuit against this company, I already have several names that will join in and I am looking for more people who have been ripped off by this company. I promise I will not go away until my garage is finished.

We do not take anyones money with the hope they will cancel and have never not put a building up. In the construction industry there are always set backs, mother nature constantly pushes back delivery times. Like you said, you have your building and you have your doors also and you got your building for a great price. You cant have a class action lawsuit when you received what you ordered.
