Capitol one third party collector They've called several times , yet I cannot discern what that are asking for . I DO owe Capitol one 97 dollars plus ungodly interest of a little south of one thousand dollars . Indianapolis Indiana
Capitol one third party collector They've called several times , yet I cannot discern what that are asking for . I DO owe Capitol one 97 dollars plus ungodly interest of a little south of one thousand dollars . I'm willing to pay , yet the people who call me from collections deliberately obfuscate what the terms of payment they are offering might be. I'd prefer to work directly with cap one, as this third party collector is terribly inconsistent in their message of what the exact debt is to be settled, who collects the payment , how they pay cap one (the original creditor I owe the debt to) and how they accept payment . Ice asked 3x for a statement in the mail to delineate the terms , and each time they hang up on me. I don't deny I owe the debt, but I get the creeps each time an agent (English as an afterthought speaking employees ) contacts me. The language barrier combined with their attemped slyness is, frankly , perfect for a Saturday night live skit. Does anyone know if cap one will deal with me direct ? I'm a year delinquent.
