CapperTek has designed ta fake top ten list of winning handicappers to lead the public into paying the same accounts CapperTek owns and manages under different names,
CapperTek owns all accounts designed under cheap websites, fake names, and uses these to scam customers,
CapperTek uses libel, defamation, and fraud to attack handicappers to keep their business running.
CapperTek does not document plays, they simply strong arm people into payment.
