I signed up for a pay per sale leads marketing with Captivate Media LLC (Brendan Hall). The contract provided a 90 days money back guarantees if no lead within 90 days. When I contacted Brendan to exercise my 90 days guarantee because I did not get any leads, he did not respond. I went to my bank to dispute the payment since he did not respond to all my messages. He sends my bank fraudulent documents claiming I got some leads and phone calls so I'm not entitled to the guarantee. This business is a big scam. I should have followed the warning I got from the internet about his company before I signed up with him. This man needs to be stopped from hurting small businesses. He is a liar and a scammer.
