It seems that there is a secret way to get to the accounting department of Captures/Web Marketing Source. I personally sent an email to to both Captures and Web Marketing Source requesting cancellation and refund. There was no way that I could actually contact them directly. Even though I was told to await a response from them, that never happened. After reviewing many reports on this site it seems I am not the only one with this experience. I also read a rebuttal who called someone a quack, and it was a little disturbing since that was the manner in which Captures/Web Marketing Source speaks to customers that are persistant and challanging . No matter how nice you are, that is the response you will receive when demanding a refund. Again, the only time they actually left me a message on the phone was this past week when they tried to make me think I was actually going to get a refund and as it turned out, it was a lie and they just wanted to change the subject and play the victim. I do believe that the the QUACK word was used by one of their employees, since that is the response attitude I have gotten from them. Not in those exact words to date. My questions are: Has anyone actually emailed the accounting department? Why would one have to contact the accounting dept, unless we were actually told in writing that we would get a refund? As I see it, the only time I should have to contact them is to make sure they got my address right to make sure I would get my refund sent to the right place or just to get an update. I am still awaiting to hear from the accounting department, from which Warren D. told me he would let know I wanted a refund. If you expect to be treated as a decent human being after requesting a refund or cancellation, do not be like me and wait. They have already slammed the door in your face. When they do slam the door in your face, they will close with how they believe the customer is always right. That was a quote from Mr. Jones. There's only one reason we are all here; this company is so desprate to make money they have to con you out of it? If you are seniors like us on a fixed income and one of you has and illness, just hope they do not get you on the phone because that is the what opens the door for them as it did with us and you will never get rid of them. The phone stalking begins.

Listen Quack, Must be nice for you that you have had such positive experiences with this company. I have every right to state my opinion and am currently working with the BBB and the State's Attorney Generals Office against this matter. I have done everything that was requested of this company to cancel my contract in a timely manner and within the specified time frame they gave me. It is not my fault that my sales rep cannot communicate effectively with the billing dept. I'm not the only one on here filing a report against this company! Anyone who's reading this check out their BBB record in Redmond, WA and it should speak for itself! Also consumers can read the other complaints from numerous other consumers on here. Long story short, get you facts straight before you start mouthing off and calling people names. Sounds to me like you could be possibly working for this company yourself! I have ever right to state my opinion, whether you like it or not!
