We bought a vehicle on October 18 and had to return it the next day. They claimed they fixed the problem and it still was not working. Took it back to them 3 times after that. We have had the vehicle in our possession for 6 days total. Ben kept giving us the runaround claiming that they fixed the vehicle and then said that we bought the vehicle as is and will not do anything else and now the vehicle is in the shop and needs a new engine. The extended warranty may only cover $4000 towards the engine leaving us with a balance of $4000 to pay out of pocket plus a car note every month. This company has horrible business practices. I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing.

Don't they teach this in drivers education anymore? They did when I was in it. You never, never, never buy a used car unless you take it to YOU PERSONAL MECHANIC first! They pounded it into our heads. You never trust the used car dealer or their personal shop.
I hope you learned your lesson.
