I can tell you all about the n**i's! Even most of them pay their bills on time. And if the n**i's were so concerned about people paying their bills, then history would have been gladly rewritten.

"Ready to be controlled??? n**i-style?? "
So, when you don't pay your payment on time and the car stops working, does that give you a little incentive to make that payment as soon as possible? It's a shame that lenders have to employ this kind of technology, but the only reason they do is because of people like you. Apparently, some people have to be treated like children in order to get them to attend to their obligations.
"The state of Michigan mandates that companies can only repossess cars if payments are 2 1/2 to 3 months late. "
You just made that up didn't you?

You obviously had credit issues in the past where you didn't pay your bills. You may have even had a past repossession. Because of YOUR credit you could not find any regular lender that wants to take the risk on you. So you had to find a Sub-Prime lender who was willing to lend you several thousand dollars to pay a car.
Now because of your history they are a lot less forgiving. Because of this you are going to get less "grace". Instead of going through the time and cost of actually repossessing your vehicle they have a shut-off device.
Guess you should plan on making your payments ON-TIME from now on.
By the way not sure where you got your information about MI law saying they have to be 2 1/2 to 3 months late before they can repossess your car. Laws don't work in generalities so right there one can tell you are pretty much "full of it". But heck since you probably think you know it all why not post the actual section of law that shows this.

The only reason you need to used a subprime dealership is because you destroyed your credit by not paying your bills on time. Here we are today and you still haven't learned your lesson because your primary concern is what will they do if you are late. Why not turn over a new leaf and be responsible and plan on making your payments on time? And why are you involved in a CAR FLEASE on a used car anyway?
