Once again when the original poster doesn't like the response, "Oh, you must work for them" or other such nonsense.
This dealer thinks you are STUPID and is LYING to you. The dealer sold you the car, NOT the finance company! Who is the seller as identified on the contract?
Come on now, don't fall for this crap. The DEALER sold you a junk car. CAC only provided the financing. The dealer is hoping you are so much of a dunce that you will swallow hook, line and sinker what they told you. PLEASE...do not fall for this. They want to screw you.

I don't have Bad Credit for your Info I thought that i would get a better car at a lower monthly payment.
Second of all I have talked with others who have had similar problems and the Finance company won't bend.
Since my car has problems it is now the Finance company's problem thats is what the dealer(Carhop) said. And the fact that i have a problem that is wrong with my car and they won't fix it because it is not that far gone yet is outrageous to me.
I am paying $10,000 for a car that sounds like crap every-time i start it... so you tell me how they are not scammers i am sure there are more then me who have had problems before.
You must be apart of the company because you are taking this personally you don't know my credit or my pocket info and the fact that i have to go back and forth with this company.........TO ME ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

First and foremost...whether or not the car is junk or has problems has nothing...repeat...NOTHING to do with the lender, in this case CAC. You bought the car from a dealer. CAC only supplies the financing. Any problems with the car are the responsibility of the dealer.
OK, you have a temporary health problem and they said it very plain, according to their guidelines you do not qualify for an extension. Because of that, they are "scammers" right?
And finally, you have this very casual attitude about a repo..."will you guys come and pick up my car"...You were using this place because of your bad credit reputation, I wonder why?
Do you have a legitimate complaint. Probably so. But there's a difference between a scam and not qualifying for an extension. They closed the door on the extension. You must find another way. Maybe you can borrow the money from someone since you say you're going to have it in a few days.
And oh yes, all they do care about is money. They are NOT a charity, but a business which provides finanancing for people with BAD CREDIT.
