This customer was refunded almost immediately once his claim came through.
A short time later his package came back to us as obviously the address he put in on our site was problematic.
We contacted him to tell him his package came back and that he should speak with the local post office to work out the issue.

As of 4-29-13 cards still not here, not in mail, no refund, no more communication after token email saying they are looking into it and that was after the BBB sent an email. And no refund, going to file more complaints since they are insanely bad at getting this taken care of.
BEWARE! It is obvious that this company has no intention of doing anything close to the right thing.

Nothing was in the mail today, so, as of 4-25-13 no cards, no refund. Did get an email today, but all it said was they were looking into it and that they were sent on 4-16, no delivery number was used though. Yeah, right. I did email them on 4-24 asking them to be stand up people and refund since they did not send the cards. Also on 4-24 the BBB said they were sending them an email as well.
Have put complaints on other sites as well and will continue to do so everyday until this is resolved.
