Apparently the cardcash.com and abcgiftcards.com are scam sites?

This has been my experience so far: Googled for gift card sites went through a few and settled on cardcash.com. Ordered 2 cards, one for walmart and one for target. Wanted to spend a hundred dollars on cards to help some people moving to another area and knew that these two stores would be there.

The whole reason that I felt comfortable was the false advertising about being on so many TV shows, that I would get a tracking number and that would get them in just a few days. Did not Google them about being legit, yes, I am an idiot it appears. The people left on 4-21-13 so was not able to have the cards for them. Later after doing some research for another siter to do business with (I mean there has to be a legitimate site out there, right?) and came across abcgiftcards.com, thought it was odd that they had similar inventory so compared the sites side by side. They had identical inventory, after some research they had the same address, so you need to be cautious of both sites.

Ordered on 4-12-13, did not hear anything except a computer generated order number so contacted on 4-15-13, received back an email stating that they were being sent that day, but no delivery number. Contacted on 4-18-13 about delivery number, what was happening, etc., no answer. Contacted on 4-19-13, no response, contacted again the same day, no response. On 4-21-13 filed a PayPal complaint. After mail on 4-22-13 upgraded to a claim and filed a BBB complaint. On 4-23-13 after mail filed this complaint here.

Still have not heard anything at all from them, no cards, no refund, no communication. Truly unbelievable! Had they communicated, refunded or ideally sent me the cards in a timely manner, I would not have to hassle with all these reports and they would not have these reports. It seems to me if they really do have cards sometimes that they must try to sell them before they really have them, that way they are not out of pocket for anything. In that scenario the customer is the one who suffers, buying and selling.

This customer was refunded almost immediately once his claim came through. 

A short time later his package came back to us as obviously the address he put in on our site was problematic.

We contacted him to tell him his package came back and that he should speak with the local post office to work out the issue.

As of 4-29-13 cards still not here, not in mail, no refund, no more communication after token email saying they are looking into it and that was after the BBB sent an email. And no refund, going to file more complaints since they are insanely bad at getting this taken care of.

BEWARE! It is obvious that this company has no intention of doing anything close to the right thing.

Nothing was in the mail today, so, as of 4-25-13 no cards, no refund. Did get an email today, but all it said was they were looking into it and that they were sent on 4-16, no delivery number was used though. Yeah, right. I did email them on 4-24 asking them to be stand up people and refund since they did not send the cards. Also on 4-24 the BBB said they were sending them an email as well.

Have put complaints on other sites as well and will continue to do so everyday until this is resolved.
