Cardservice International And CIT Lease ripoff Tarzana California
Cardservice International Simi Valley franchise is a huge SCAM/ RIPOFF business.
The mis-representative that signed us promised us an "all of these great services for one low price" deal and then charged our bank account separately for each.
We called Cardservice to get to the bottom of why they were triple charging us and it ended up taking us two months to finally get someone there to correct the mistakes and promise a refund. (although we have not received the refund) Two months of phone calls not returned, ignored calls, referrals to evereyone else who they knew would not help.
Our Cardservice rep told us our lease was transferrable, meaning if we could not finish the lease, it would be transferred to another customer. We have since found out that it is not transferrable.
We had no clue that Cardservice contracts CIT Lease as their leaseing company. Our rep made it out like Cardservice leased us the terminal. CIT Lease uses the same evasionary tactics that Cardservice uses in dealing with customer complaints.
Cardservice told us we had to call the leasing company (CIT) about problems with our lease. CIT told us Cardservice had to handle problems with our lease. It's just a giant merry-go-round of FRAUD!!!!
