Cardservice International processed and approved sales of over $15,000.00. We even went so far as to call our service rep to ensure that these sales through the internet were legitimate. We were assured that 'the money was there'. We waited a few days before shipping out the items ordered to be on the safe side. We then called our sales rep again before shipping out the orders. Again, we were told everything was legitimate. There were 3 such transactions, 6 such calls to ensure that we were protected.

On the 4th transaction, we again received approval after personally speaking to our account rep. We held the shipment a few days....Thank goodness. It was at this time that Cardservice International called us and told they suspected these charges were made with stolen credit cards. At least we didn't ship out this $5,000.00 order.

Days later, we were told that we would have to give the money back because, 'it wasn't fair to the persons who got their cards stolen that they pay for these items.' It is not fair to us either, as we not only just noted the authorization number when putting the card through, but spoke to our rep on two occasions for each charge. We received verbal confirmation a total of 6 times for 3 transactions.

Without notice, 10 days later, while we were burying our mother, Cardservice International began deducting over $15,000.00 from our business checking account in increments of $100.00 or less so as not to alert our bank to large mysterious withdrawals.

Not only did this company steal this money out of our account, but did so in a sneaky and unethical manner. They are nothing less than unscrupulous,abhorrent thieves.

Why are we paying these people for this service if we have no protection? Protection from thieves, scams, and rip-offs? We need protection from Cardservice International!! Who protects us from them?

Because of their underhanded tactics, several of our checks bounced, orders were compromised, customers dissatisfied, and our good name and reputation questioned. They owe us so much more than the money they stole from us.

We have retained an attorney and are being forced into litigation.

We have rebuilt our business after nearly losing it in Hurricane Katrina. The stress we have been under the last almost 3 years has been unbearable. We paid these people to help our business. Instead, they have done almost as much damage as Katrina.

Please heed these warnings. Cardservice International is in the business to make money off of you, steal from you,... not to help you, not to be a partner. Stay away if you value your business, hard work, sanity, and peace.
