I just breezed pass this site and noticed a complaint. I am an agent located in your state and I would love to assist you with any of your concerns. If your agent had been doing his or her job, he or she would have done the legwork for you. I know it's over a year but I am still willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns about your previous policies and even filing any claims that you may have missed out on. Send me an email. As far as the "deep-Pocketing" chick, you may want to consider taking action against the company. Bear in mind that the action will have nothing to do with AFLAC or any agents, it is simply to be between you and your employer that over-deducted you.

Who ripped you off? Your noting Coresource & AFLAC infers that they are the problem. Which is it? As an independent agent for AFLAC (all agents are independent), AFLAC has no association w/Coresource. When you applied for AFLAC you should have received a policy (to your home). To check if you were ever even issued coverage call 1-800-992-3522. Give a customer service person your SS# & they can check on the status of your coverage - what kind, how much, etc., Because AFLAC allows you a "continuation of coverage" benefit it will take atleast 60 days before the they will contact you to ask if you'd like to retain your coverage, but AGAIN there is nothing stopping you from calling th 800# or contacting your local agent. Good luck!
