I basically ordered infant formula each order was around CAD 60. I wanted to cancel it as it contains TUNA and when I reached out to the customer care through their website, they emailed me to reject the Item which I did.. This was around Dec 20th 2019. I never received my refund. It's March now.
I did not realize as I had a recurring order which was placed after the order got placed and money got deducted, I emailed them quickly about I wanted to cancel the order and do not want to go ahead with recurring purchases. My money never returned to me.
They are a fraud and always tell that their platform is not good. and had technical issues.. There is no customer service via phone and I want to register a complaint
