Carl Speed He has contacted our Company and we have showed him Riverfront Property that he is interested in buying. He says he wants to offer a FULL PRICE CASH OFFER and wants to buy all the furniture and boat at the property as well. Something just does not seem right about this "potential buyer." He keeps saying he is waiting for funds to come into Las Vegas and also says he is a Miner for Gold but has not found any yet. Bullhead City and Laughlin NV area Minnesota
Carl Speed has been contacting our Company and talking with Ken Parrillo, who is the Owner and Realtor at our Company.
Ken Parrillo has showed Carl several Riverfront Real Estate in Bullhead City, AZ and Carol has indicated he wants to make a Full Price Cash Offer. He keeps calling Ken and postponing the meeting to make this cash offer. This is when I became suspecious and googled Carl. We did look at the photo on this site and that is indeed Carl. I think we will contact the authorities to see if he has warrants or something.
