carla harrison tricked my mother into giving her checking acct number not given not given
they called my elderly mother. claimed to be the "national health board" - made her give her checking account number; claimed that they already sent documents [lie], but that enrollment period was up and if she wanted to save money on her health insurance, she needed to enroll today, right now, via phone. Enrolling would also qualify her for [ ironically] "protection" via Legal Eye. $369.00 for this scam.

when i got on the phone to say NO, woman became very rude, officious, obnoxious.
last year. your mother paid $929 for her health card; this new card is only $369. why don't you want her to have it?
the figure she gave for my mther's health insurance cost is wildly inaccurate. I said that i never heard of National Health Board, that official government organizations do not ask for checking account information over the phone - and that we certainly do NOT want this "new card" she got even more obnoxious - claimed that in all the people she has contacted, everyone knew of the national health board, no one ever complained to her and that they had already sent all the info by mail [ a lie] and that she was trying to help my mother by enrolling her by phone - and that the National Health Board handles health care for "all of America". i hung up; she called back again - and was even more aggressive.
