I paid Carleton Sheets over $5,000 for coaching me on how to buy real estate at low prices and then turn over my purchases for larger prices (profit). What I got was a lot of books & tapes, and no coaching at all. In other words, I got NOTHING for my money. It was a major ripoff - and Carleton Sheets used to advertise all over TV, when the real estate market was hot. Haven't seen him in awhile -- but the fact is, he and his organization ripped me off totally.
