Recently, he was given notice by the Health Department that criminal charges would be brought against him if he continued to spread HIV. There a re over 28 women who have been infected.

WHAT IS TRUE: CARLISLE MITCHELL IS THE PRESIDENT AND CEO OF TRANSCEND REALTY. TRANSCEND REALTY DOES NOT DO LOANS AND DOES NOT REPORT INFORMATION TO LENDERS. MORTGAGE COMPANIES DO LOANS NOT REAL ESTATE BROKERAGES. TRANSCEND REALTY IS A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE NOT A MORTGAGE COMPANY. WHAT IS FALSE: Report claims: "Recently, he was given notice by the Health Department that criminal charges would be brought against him if he continued to spread HIV. There are over 28 women who have been infected." THIS IS 100% FALSE. WHAT IS TRUE: THERE ARE ZERO REPORTS FROM ANY HEALTH DEPT TO SUPPORT THESE CLAIMS. WHAT IS FALSE: Report claims: Person reporting identifies them self as Deanna Conroe, Texas. WHAT IS TRUE: THIS IS A FICTITIOUS ALIAS USED BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO CONCEAL THEIR TRUE IDENTITY. THERE IS NO RECORD OF DOING BUSINESS WITH A DEANNA. THIS REPORT IS 100% FALSE AND BASELESS. EVERY SINGLE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PROPERTY TRANSACTION (100%) TRANSCEND REALTY BROKERED IN 2008 (DURING THE GLOBAL RECESSION. ) IS BOTH 100% OCCUPIED AND CASH FLOWING.
