They seek to sell you a puppy, living in PA. they ask you to send them money and then try to charge you shipping fees for this "refundable" crate delivery fee. they say they are selling them for a son that was raising them and then recently passed. then treaten you with abandonment if you don't pay because the "loved" puppy has been dropped off for shipment and it is under your name (the buyer).
