thay say the was fix on the back quater panel, but i bought the car from them so i toll them i bought the car from them ??

That Carmax didn't offer you the "right" price for your car? Even though you bought it from them? That doesn't matter, and you were free to not accept their offer. I have found Carmax to offer a better price than trade-in at a dealership but less than selling to a private party. But with the risk of selling to a private party with counterfeit money orders and cashiers checks....explains why the last two cars I've gotten rid of were sold to Carmax.
