And you forgot the rest of the story...
Cassius Clay, Mohammed Alimony or whatever he calls himself these days, the big mouth, coward, draft dodger is a "role model" for the black youth of America.
Farrakahn loves all people and all races.
Al Sharpton is so, so concerned about truth.
Travon Martin was just a darling young man who was out for a tip toe thru the tulips night and all his school suspensions were because of identity theft.
Tracey Martin, his father, is just a concerned loving father and is so concerned for family values despite all of his drug convictions in Miami-Dade county, Florida!

United States of America#3UPDATE EX-employee responds
Fri, May 18, 2012
I was one of the better sales associates at the CarMax in Glencoe IL. Always a top performer and one of the highest scoring employees on the customer survey, Voice of the Customer report.
After nearly 2 years of outstanding performance one day I had an unfortunate encounter with an abusive customer. After being personally insulted by a customer who was dissatisfied with their appraisal I inadvertently asked them not to come back. I quickly apologized and confessed the incident to my manager who promptly threw me under the bus and had me fired.
My fate was left to an anonymous upper management faceless committee. I was given no opportunity to defend myself. No matter how much I begged, bargained or pleaded to my local store manner I would find out a few days later nothing mattered to CarMax upper management other than quickly dismissing me.
I tried writing a couple of letters to the regional manager hoping after time cooler heads would prevail and I could have another chance to prove myself but these requests would go unanswered.
I'm sorry for what happened but it is apparent there is no tolerance or forgiveness in the CarMax family. I understand why I am an ex employee but I really thought I deserved a better fate. CarMax will spend a lot of $$ in the future recruiting and training a replacement. It is unfortunate they do not recognize the value of retaining good associates. Thats just the way they are. In conclusion, Do not make a mistake, you will get tossed under the bus.

I am unable to decipher your complaint. Are you an ex-employee that was fired? Were you working at a dealership in Chicago, Kentucky, etc? If the answer is no, where did you get your information? Your boyfriend thowing up the race card as the reason he was terminated and had to move back to Georgia?
