We used the Carmel cars company via another firm 

We didn't realise it was Carmel cars till we had paid and the confirmation came through.

We arrived at JFK on an evening flight it took the car about 1 hour to find us which was not the described service.

Finally reached our destination, e driver " emptied the trunk" all except our duty free which contained around $50 of drinks.

This in itself is really annoying to be ripped off for using a service that you've paid for and tipped the driver $30.

But what is far more irritating is the complete lack of customer service no emails arereplied to no one answers the phone.

This is a sham of a company andnot one I would ever recommend to anyone.
