Carmello Gianino Took $200 deposit but never completed my project O Fallon, Missouri

I hired Carmello Gianino to produce a concrete tabletop. I met him in person to review color samples, etc. and he accepted a $200 deposit from me by check, which he cashed. I never received the tabletop--after dozens of calls and emails to him which were never returned. Over a period of more than two months he continuously made promises and excuses. I finally asked him to return my deposit money, and that was ignored as well. It has been another two months, and he has never contacted me to explain or return my deposit. I would not recommend Carmello Gianino to anyone.
