Carol Smith Giordano Fraud misrepresentation of mutt puppies as purebred Chattanooga Tennessee
Carol Smith and her husband Victor Giordano represented 2 mutt puppies as purebred, in conspiracy with thier vet WJ Stewart who signed the health certificate stating these were Shih Tzu's and Tamara Bradford who signed as the stud owner of the litter.
Carol and Victor advertised on puppyfind.com, 2 puppies that were supposed to be purebred, AKC registered, rare solid chocolate Shih Tzu's. I bought them both at 2 weeks of age.
I asked for more picutres along the way, was told "sure no problem." Afterwards was told, "Oh I dont know how to get them from the camera to the computer, i'll have my son do it." I never recieved more pictures except just before they were shipped and only of their face and not a good picture at that.
When I recieved the pups, which I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get at LAX, I knew why. These were not purebred shih tzu puppies. They were mutts!
I called Carol immediatly. I was told they looked like a cross between a shih tzu and a schnauzer. I paid $850.00 a piece for these mutts, plus shipping.
I was promised a refund in writing and over the phone and have never received one dime of that money back. These people, I am sure, did this on purpose to defraud me out of my money.
They have been turned in for internet fraud and other abuses. Beware of these people and ones like them, all they want is money and they will tell you anything to get it.
I did a background check, after the fact, and found out they have filed bankruptcy 4 times, twice it was dismissed, I wonder if it was because of fraud too?
