Carroll Plumbing Corportation Carroll ripped off my dad's money with higher labor fee! Midland, Texas
My dad was very illness. He is senior citizen. The weather was very cold while his heater was not working. He found out that his remote was broken. Carroll Plumbering technician came over to replace new remote for 45.00. They did not tell my dad about labor's fee. He got his bill from Carroll and showing 179.00 labor fee. He was here to replace new remote for 30 to 45 minutes. It charges 179.00!!! Carroll ripped off my dad's money! They were not honest people. They should tell him that they charge 179.00 first before they send someone to come over. Shame on Carroll Plumbering!!! It made me angry because maybe they ripped off senior citizens money!!!

I made mistake myself! It is my FAULT. I was wrong and miscommunication. I posted this because I was misunderstanding because I am deaf person. I did not hear people talking and not understanding so I got the wrong idea and posted this.
I am very wrong about Carrol Plumbering. I am very happy with Carrol Plumbering. It is not their fault, it is my FAULT!!!
I think I have human problem because I was emotionally or out of control and got mad easier and not thinking posting it here.
I am very sorry. I am wrong about Carrol. I am satisfied with Carrol and love them! I am sorry for the owner and staffs what I said. I am very supportive for Carrol.
