12-26-15 I bought a 2006 Cadillac SRX. Several days later an 02 sensor had to be replaced. 02-08 brakes and rotors had to be done because the brake pads were rusty and shredded. 02-14 it went into the shop for what we thought was timing chains. Turns out it needs a whole new engine. The dealership refuses to work with us and has lied to us and the BBB. Over $2000 later and it still needs a new engine. Shameful!

The BBB is NOT part of any government body. The BBB has ZERO powers to do anything! The main purpose of the BBB is to SELL their WORTHLESS ACCREDITATIONS to anyone who wants to buy one.
If you bought the car "AS IS", they are under no obligation to provide free warranty service. If you did get a warranty, most of the time brakes are not included.
