Carter Braxton does not pay their bills. They are equal opportunity scammers. They treat employees, vendors and clients all the same; take the money, goods or services and run! Most of their realtors have left because they couldn't get paid. They have almost no listings although centered in the wealthiest county in the nation so it may not be fair to include clients in that statement because they have so few. Their leased office equipment has been reposessed. Tom Jewell hassn't paid his rent in years even though his landlord is his own elderly aunt! Tom Jewell finds brokers, promises them a share in the firm but the hapless brokers find that the only thing they're sharing is Tom's debt. The firm has fallen to such a state of disrepute that they have changed their name to Carter Braxton Properties. They have multiple complaints registered with the Virginia Board of Realtors and are currently being sued by multiple former employees so if you are buying or selling real estate, protect yourself and pass this realtor by. Tom Jewell and Rosemarie Pelletier will smile in your face and rip you off! Buyer, vendor, potential employees beware and deal with them at your own risk. Tom has a disarming smile. As you admire it, make sure his hand is not in your pocket. They have published a new site under their new name http://www.carterbraxtonproperties.com. Same thieves, new name. Don't say you weren't warned!
