Complaint Review: Cary Lee Peterson RVPL ECCO2 Tech - Jersey City New Jersey

“Dana Williams” was the girlfriend of “Marvin George Valento” (a wannabe Neo-n**i and crooked real estate scammer) who met Cary Lee Peterson of Ecco2 about a partnership to for her online school that was supposed to help kids in Africa and Haiti. I found records filed with Sec.gov with a signed letter of intent between Dana’s school, Rvpl, & Ecco2tech. Not sure how she can anything negative about Ecco2 other than the deal did not go through. Dana may have been an accomplice with Marvin trying to extort Ecco2 but from what I read it seems that it was Marv at fault and it was something personal that damaged Dana Williams and Cary Lee Peterson’s relationship. My guess it is because of Marvin Valento because he’s a psychotic liar from what I can remember. You can read everyone’s comments on here and figure that much out.

 Lindsay who left a message below seemed to describe some details that I do not sound like a lie. I know Marvin Valento has lied to others and me in attempt to try and scam us on real estate.  Google up Marv Valento real estate scam and you can find his dirt. I find it hard to believe that someone like him would try to talk trash on a person who you used to try and hang around all the time. He even bragged how he went to a UN meeting in Mexico with Peterson in 2012 and said that he was going to get a job a Ecco2. Funny that I read online he tries to lie to people that Peterson was not in the UN.  By the way- I seem to see different from the facts I found on him including a picture of him on this website showing a guy wearing a Un badge around his neck. Sounds like a bunch of caca like when Marv lied why my house deal could not close on time after many months. Had the titles in other people’s names. I found out from Chicago Title and county clerk records later to uncover that mentir because IRS audited me over something he did behind my back with the purchase agreement and closing paperwork. Yes, I reported it to IRS and AZ department of real estate.

Sounds like a sore jealous loser in his mid fifties who was exposed got hard up for cash and was not able to scam Ecco2 as he had hoped and then scammed me on my house to pay for his hooker addiction that is described below by others who know his trash, also. We’re not all dumb Mexicans. He would brag how he knows the CEO and knows secret investor details because he knows the pass code to his email. It appears that he did not realize that I’m related to a financial advisor for Etrade and know that insider trading is illegal.

Joke is on Marvin because I hear there is someone who use to work for him that has proof that he lied to FBI about Ecco2 and then tried to sell his stock in Ecco2 a year later afterward. They also have a bag of goodies on you for the feds that was given to Peterson. Jajaja.  Marvin Valento will learn to be careful who he tries to talk trash about and what families he try to burn. I don't have any clue who you are.  What you are doing including my name in this bogus report.  You don't know me.  I don't know you and you're the only one telling lies here.  I haven't written anything and just came across this today, as I was online.  How dare you associate me with Marvin and Cary in this way.  I only know both from phone calls mostly and a few meetings in Florida.  How dare you try to taint my name and good standing, as this has NOTHING to do with me.  I was asked to be a VENDOR.  I have a legitimate business.  I was willing to provide services, and that's it.  The deal did not come together, and now because of his SEC FRAUD, you're trying to drag me into this.  How dare you.  You are a piece of scum and trying to put me in this mess is bogus nonsense.  I know from conversations with investors, who have called me, that Cary stole a lot of money from them.  That is wrong, people work hard for the money they earn and to steal is plain wrong.  I was willing, if everything was true, to assist him in this endeavor, it simply did not work out.  To include me in trash is not acceptable.  So, whomever you are, do NOT use my name in this forum as it relates to the wrongful misconduct of Cary Lee Peterson, and to say that I wrote anything.  98% of the comments here, I have NO KNOWN knowledge of to begin with, as I was running my business, not knowing what Cary was doing with his business.

Top Wop AKA Marvin George V****, as identified in court was a friend of family who had an obsession for Peterson’s mother and was stalking her. He became upset when personally rejected and started spreading lies and causing problems with her son’s business. Not sure where you’re getting your information but to me that sounds like a ‘family matter’.



Is anyone else reading this Peterson rubbish? Topwop2 just called you out for having too much information on this Scottsdale court situation as you called it a "PRIVATE" matter, but yet here you are again with enough time to find out when Peterson's mom rescheduled the FAMILY court (not SEC) stuff for another date.

That sounds ridiculous and only someone who does not have facts would publish something so preposterous. Do yourself a favor and get a hold of the court records from Arizona. They’re public records and you can clearly listen to the audio transcripts. V**** refused to answer any questions (why plead fifth if so much to say about how he was defrauded), submitted bogus documentation to the court that I have copies of and know are fake, and lied about a check to his son for $5,000 that he just so happened to endorse with his signature and write “RVPL/ECCO2” in the memo section. That’s perjury and from my knowledge V**** is the one facing criminal charges for lying to his bank, the court, the feds, and the cops. The testimony and exhibits from Peterson’s side prove V****’s claims false. Call the Detective Maques from Phoenox Police Department and find out what he knows as fact.Comparing Bernie Madoff and anything to do with this situation is just ignorant. You’ve got a man who lies for a living using his spare time to post bogus information on people who he is jealous of and obsessed with deep down.

1. Peterson (you) hid behind his mother for a court date that you touted like it was the next coming of an SEC Madoff vindication trial, which in fact is some family court protection order matter. Yes I saw that too, and it doesn't look like they'll be giving that order to you either while you (Mr. Peterson) try to hide from people RVPL owes money.

Who does RVPL owe money? From the looks of the financials it appears that parties owe RVPL money. I would guess that this posting was from one of the persons who participated in the attempted coups to stop Peterson over the years. By the way- Getting fired or kicked out of the business does not mean you are due anything. It means you caught the boot for being a cheat and disloyal jerk.

2. Peterson (you) according to Topwop2 is now apparently wanted for check fraud and other acts of theft somewhere in Arizona.

According to Top Wop aka Marvin V**** he graduated from St. Thomas University in Minnesota. There are screen shots of his Facebook and Linkedin Page that display this. I met V**** some time ago. He use to try and hang around Peterson hoping to get some inside information. I assume. The man did not seem very educated and lied about how he knew Jesse Ventura. We were drinking beers so I paid it no mind. I noticed his FB and LI page showed a university where a friend attended. We checked with St. Thomas out of curiosity and the emailed me back to confirm Marvin G. V**** never attended that university for a single day. Honestly, are you going to believe the words of a chimp? Anyone who believed this idiot deserved to be investigated or lose their investment money. Next time get collect your own facts and don’t follow the advice of trailer trash.

3. Peterson (you) took a bunch of money from Topwop and a bunch of other people BEFORE you took ours when we bought stock and now you sit in here trying to demonize him because he wants the money back.

Qukfix has gone step by step and exposed every claim Peterson (you) made in regards to 8K and 10K's about contracts with IVTI, Barnes Group, Liberia and so on; and your defense of it is that those things have nothing to do with the fictitious 1.8 BILLION in contracts RVPL has with the BIGGEST scam country known in modern day history (Nigeria).

More falsified publishing that could get you a nice federal subpoena like that ones going around now over this Marvin V**** shenanigan. IVTI was an by a woman who was one of V****’s girlfriends in Florida. That one is not hard to figure out. Top Wop screwed that deal up. I know Peterson and he probably has a paper trail and records to clear that one. Dude, you need to learn the difference between a letter of intent and an actual agreement. Why do you think there was no 8K filed for IVTI (Duh!). GC Barnes Group deal was a consulting agreement that both parties rescinded. It happens everyday in business.  Nigeria is the “BIGGEST scam country known in modern day” according to whom- Top Wop? Do some research, genius. Nigeria is the financial Mecca of all of Africa, which is why every major investor from Russia and China have spent billions of dollars there. Liberia is no different in terms of a major financial powerhouse in Africa. Where do you think the majority of the world’s diamonds come from? People like you just prove how divided society is and that education is so important.  Fact is that the material agreements were signed and the exhibits with SEC show as proof. Those are public records. Do you think someone can go and falsify a federal government document from a top government official of a foreign country and nothing would happen to them? What is the Embassy going to tell you? This is no a passport or migrant visa matter.

5. Fact number 5, I called the Nigerian embassy in DC yesterday (3519 International Ct NW, Washington, DC 20008) about the very fist contract posted by RVPL in a filing and they said:

"While we can't speak to the contacts validity on just its face, we can say confidently, that no one within our diplomatic corp would sign a contract of this monetary magnitude using a yahoo email address. Also, without further investigation, you should proceed with caution in treating this as a valid agreement with our country".

Exactly. They cannot speak for Federal Ministries of a nation. The foreign embassies have no authority in that aspect.

6. Next time RVPL wants to claim these incredible contracts, it should stick to naming countries with national budgets that are bigger than their fake contract claims.

More proof that whoever is publishing this garbage cannot read and has no knowledge or experience with general contracting. RVPL signed a Service and Purchase Agreement that was an exhibit of a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The funding is guaranteed by a sponsor. More signs of your inability to read. I read every news article and contract from the company, even years before it was tied to a pubco. If you’d have done so, you would have understood what was going on. What a shame. Stick to simple investments like tech firms with mobile apps. You’ll be better off.

The Topwop2 and Kiethstone guys are right, our money is gone, but it's insulting that you sit in here still trying to convince anyone to go long on this company or its paper after we all got taken in by a fake CEO, wannabe UN associated scam guy who apparently does check fraud and steals stuffs in his free time when not hiding behind his mother in BS court cases he tries to brag about in here (REALLY, are you 18 and doing RVPL as a class experiment and got popped by the hall monitor)!



TopWop2, Keithstone, and any other screen name from Investorhub or on ROR are the same person- MARVIN V****.  Anyone who would say something so stupid that anything about United Nations was bogus is riding on the illiteracy train that Topwop started. I managed to find Cary Lee Peterson on Google for UN websites quite easy. So now United Nations is fraud, too.

8. As much as you can try to deny who you really are (and I don't mean Batman Mr. Peterson), if Topwop2 and quikfix have your identity wrong, that of you being the CEO of RVPL (doubt they are wrong), the other FACT is that these are the facts they exposed about RVPL and CEO Cary Lee Peterson and how they have done business. If you're not him, then maybe you should find something else to do other than try to defend this SEC suspended scammer company on these message boards.

FACTS are support by true evidence dude. Where is yours? RVPLUS  was suspended for 10 days in July. You posted this in September. You are no one credible. Nor are your sources. If you have a valid claim why not take it to court or authorities. Lets all be like Marvin V**** and file bogus claims with the feds and be facing multiple indictments. More publishing of invalid information to the general public. This is 2013. You cannot lie about things these days. Universities. Where you work. Who you know. All of this information can be verified with a click of a mouse or a button press on a smartphone.  Using the term “Batman” proves that you are Marvin V**** because the only people who call Peterson that are people who know him well and how he got that nickname.

As a real friend, investor, long time business associate I support a friend wh has been there for me and others when we needed him. I told Peterson you were a fraud and why was he around you when you went to the pisser. He said that you were his mom’s friend who was a little nutty but he’s harmless and just a beer buddy who bought some stock in the company a while back. I told him to beware of you because I know the type and Marvin V**** is it. Jump off a bridge or run into a city bus because your life will be hell for you when the bees sting. What sucks is that you have no money to take in civil court so all I could hope is that the authorities will tie together your several criminal acts against RVPL, ECCO2, Peterson, and all of us shareholders and send you on a nice holiday for seven to fifteen years.

This guy is the ultimate scam artist who has been tricking people out of huge quantities of money online for years. Starting with his company JT Exports and an iPod scam. He spent over a year building his latest scam about ECCO2 issuing one fake press release after another which helped to get rid of all the bad s**t that surfaced when you used to google his name. I almost fell off my chair when I saw he started mentioning he was an ambassador to the UN. All of his companiess are fake, the people sitting on the boards dong exist and the contact numbers listed are all free skype njmbers that are disconbected. its an extremely inticate web of lies. I have all of his contact details and personal particulars that I could post online. I'm soda that he has managed to rip off more people. He needs to be stopped.

i have to give him credit though. He is master manipulator and knows how to craft an awesome (fake) press release. He must have a good arts degree from somewhere.

I almost forgot. You were supposed to meet Cary and I in Fort Lauderdale for dinner but you were out with a hooker you met the night before. You are hard up for money and caused a great deal of commotion over a few thousand dollars that I heard he gave you back while he was visiting Miami in April. Perhaps if you started working for it and stopped partying and lying about having millions in the bank from your suspended real estate license you wouldn't have to try and defraud my friend and his business to pay for your addictions. Your lies posted on this site are worse that a National Enquiror paper. Your stories about check fraud or fake UN credentials make you look quite stupid. You can see the photo where Cary is at the UN event and wearing his badge. To my knowledge you can't get in without one. You can Google up Cary Lee Peterson and UN and I found his name in several official sites. The cops and court have proof from your testimony that you lied dummy. What is next? Cary Lee Peterson has been a genuine friend and biz associate of mine many years and I would not hold to his defense if he were doing anything like you describe in any of your several postings on this website and others. Cary’s worked very hard from the time I met him and I’m very proud to see his name on U.N. websites and read positive news articles about him doing good to help America and the people in need on this planet. Your lies are ugly and have caused many people harm and hassle on Wall Street and in personal relationships. This type of behavior is not the type of thing most sane and legitimate 53 year olds do. I heard about the email with the ‘N’ word. I must say that I’ve never used it in times I’ve been upset with Cary or anyone of minority race in my half century on this planet. You’re the worst type racist because you think that because you date black women that you’re not a racist. That is why I didn’t want to meet with you in Miami when he suggested it. The recording of you call of lies to the FBI was very stupid and harms you more in the long run than it does Cary or his business.

I can tell you that as a former licensed trader that selling stock after you calls the feds, whether true or false claims about the CEO of a pubco are a sure way to get nailed for insider trading like Martha Stewart and face a few years in the fabulous club fed.  I do not have enough time to write about all of the no good things. Congrats on your visit to court last week. Cary tells me you pleas the 5^th to almost everything and still managed to screw up and lie to the judge a few times. I guess the records from the court contain the truth that will set you free as the saying goes, or in your case set your sentence for lying to federal agents, cops, and judges about a person in the community trying make a difference is sick!

I’ve been old that the identity of the writer of this extremely dishonest and deceitful message above is from a person by the name of Dana Williams, CEO of a private school in Fort Lauderdale and a website www.intervisualtechnology.com.

From what I know Cary Lee Peterson (“Lee”) was meeting Marvin and Dana in Fort Lauderdale this April to discuss completion of letter of intent that his company signed with Dana's earlier that year. I arrived to Florida that weekend and hung out with Marvin and Lee. They told me that they had free time on their hands due to the fact that Dana Williams had a daughter with a severe medical condition and she could not make it to the meetings that Lee and her had scheduled due to that family emergency. Lee later told me he was not happy about the canceled meetings by Dana but understood that family was more important and that the business deal pending was still on good status with him. He spoke highly of Dana as a person, her school and showed me her website. He told me about her school and how he planned to help children in Africa and Haiti where he had been doing business. Dana and Marvin are extremely disgusting with your outrageous lies about Lee. I know for fact Dana signed an agreement with Lee's company because I was standing there the day you were on the phone with him talking about the news release about it with you partner by the name of Brian and saw the signed contract that he printed out in the business center before we headed to dinner. Dana had missed meetings with Lee several times over multiple trips to Florida to visit her this year. He spoke with Dana to finalize the business agreement between both companies while he was in Thailand and Guam by phone all hours of the day. Dana should be ashamed of herself lying about the situation after she was at fault for missing meetings, did not supply Lee's company, nor investors with sufficient data and delaying contracts due to her personal family matters. I was very concerned and asked Lee about your daugther and passed my blessing to her recovery for two months. A couple months ago I spoke to Lee and he was upset because you appeared to be drunk and text messaged him a load of negative nonsense while Marvin was visiting Florida. I had asked if he was with Marvin and he told me that he was no longer in Florida. The court date for the lawsuit against Marvin Valento was changed to 9th August 2013 due to the judge being overwhelmed with all of the content involved with Marvin's lies to people associated with Lee and his company. Dana is said to be one of Marvin's many girlfriends and she was told to lie for Marvin.

You are an educator,(as I am, also)  and a disgrace for what it means to be an example to our youth of how to conduct yourself with personal and business matters as an adult. Your computer generated picture of a man that does not even resemble Lee is very funny and I am sure that the police and the Florida department of schooling or education in your country will be delighted to know that you participate in fraudulent and dodgy activities with someone as daggy as Marvin Valento. Your lies have hurt several people who I know who have invested into Ecco2 over the past years. I know from what Lee tells me that it is affecting family and personal relationships. Lee told me about how you were spazzing out and almost crashed the hire car on the way to bank the day he paid you back funds you lent to him previously.  I many have pictures of Marvin, Lee, and myself from the week we were in Florida if anyone cares to deny my side of story left here today. This dirty rascal and his girlfriend should be held responsible for all of the malicious activity surrounding Lee’s company.  I reckon that there will be serious consequences for this type of behavior in America, as it would over here. I’m sure Dana and Marvin will have difficulty proving their lies to be true to the public and government agencies that shall inspect these matters for clarity. I pity Dana for supporting this dodgy womanizing loser.
