Richard Parker called me from Cash Advance America stating I was approved for a loan. I declined the offer. He tried again to get me to take the loan. I explained I have received offers from this company and asked to be taken off the call list. In addition, if I received another call from him or this company, I would file a telephone harrassment case against them. I let him know I have an attorney of record available since he is helping me settle my late husbandn's estate.
