Cash Advance USA They are continually calling me and saying they are filing charges against me and that I owe them money!! And when I ask them for there address they hang up on me!! Internet
I was in a serious car accident last year!! I may have borrowed money from this company but right at this moment I am not sure!! These palestinian or indian people call 10 or 11 or 12 times a day threatrening me!! I am about to have surgery this week on my neck and the added stress of these people calling me hour after hour is not helping me at all!! If I do actually owe that company money I will pay it to them when my lawsuit is resolved or when I can go back to work!! Due to the injuries I recieved I have been out of work for over a year and I have had enough of this crap!! Please help me!! Thank you

This is a scam!!! Do NOT pay these crooks ANYTHING!!!!! If you google American Legal Services, you will see that this company is actually a law firm based out of Michigan who help people with financial and credit issues to file bankruptcy. At the bottom of their webpage, they warn people of an offshore scam that is going on where victims receive harrassing phone calls claiming to be from American Legal Services and that a "cash advance loan was taken out from Cash Advance USA". This is NOT true. These scammers are trying to get your bank information so they can steal whatever you have in your account. I know, because I received the very same phone call you did from someone who spoke very broken English with a very heavy Indian accent. Luckily, I googled the company this person claimed to be from and that's when I discovered that this is a scam. I contacted the FBI and FTC and reported them. I also plan on contacting TransUnion and Equifax to have a fraud alert placed on my credit report. Who knows what info these scammers have stolen from me, as well as many other victims. I strongly recommend that you do the same as I did.

That is all they are. There is no lawsuit! They aren't even in the US. When they call back tell them you know they are scammers and hang up. Better yet - get a whistle of air horn and let then have it!
