Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company contacted me last week and left a message introducing themselves as The Department of Law and Investigation.  He stated his name was detective Steven Clause.  When I called the # back he was very difficult to understand but introduced himself then as Officer Jack Smith.

I found this strange as he was clearly foreign.  He then proceeded to state that I owed 698.00 to Cash Net Marketing.  I do have a loan for CashNet USA but called them and double checked to make sure that I was current on my loan which I am.

This Officer asked me to send a notarized letter with my debit card information.  He also had my social security # and address.  This is very concerning that these people have this much information about me.  I am glad that I checked this out before sending the information he has requested.

I hope that these people are stopped before they try to get money out of someone else.  Please if you are unsure about who you owe money to double check because I was almost willing to pay because he scared me so badly.  I am glad I checked.

Please HELP!

I have been receiving calls form these people for awhile now. I ignored them thinking that is was sales calls. But today my duaghter emailed me that she had been getting calls from them looking for me. The man on the phone presented himself as Officer James Walker (with of course a heavy Indian accent). He told me that I took out a payday loan with Cash Net Marketing in April & didn't pay. I told him that No I did not and he said Yes you did....He was arguing with me. he told to listen and not interrupt him. But of course I did. He told me my SSN, address, place of work, home address, bank info and my email address. I didn't acknowledge any of it. He told me that I will go to jail if I do not pay. That I was having 3 Fraud charges put onto me. He even told me that they were watching my house. I was really freaked out. He put me on hold and I hung up the phone. I then checked my bank and no where this year have I taken out a loan from the internet. I am still really worried because they have ALL my information. They have called me back several times and have left no meassages. They know how to scare people but after really thinking about it I knew that I did not do what they are saying I did. Beware they are a BIG SCAM!!!!

Is a fake, made up name meant to scare you into sending money to pay a non existent loan.

The way it works is to scare  you into "Paying" a "Loan" that doesn't exist before you figure out it's all a fraud.

They're based in India,(Yes the Nation) use an american phone link so it looks like an Amerian company  but they really Can't do anything but LIE and scare you into giving them cash in exchange for NOT ruining you credit, but really all they're doing is stealing your money. THERE WAS NEVER ANY "LOAN" it's ALL a scam

This is an old scam, they try to slip it in under the radar (So to speak) and the longer they can keep it LOOKING legit, the longer they can steal our Cash uncaught.

It's hard as hell to prosecute thieves who never stepped foot in America, the best way to counter this is to spread the word as far as possible, I've reported them to the FBI with NO results.

After researching some other reports filed on this Company many of the people filing reports have the same exact case # as I do.   This is without a doubt a SCAM  please do not give them your information if contacted by them!
