The company sold me the franchise illegally. It was not even registerd in the state of Virginia and it was selling franchises in the state.
The company does not follow many of the franchising rules and does not provide proper support to franchisees for operating their business.

I have done an exhaustive search of our records and we have no one by this name as our licensee? You may have bought from a different company and named us! Check your records. No wonder you are unhappy you don't know who or what you bought from? Maybe you should just stick to being an employee?
