cashcard.com sent a macys card that didn't have any value and I paid 91.00 for it Brick new jersey internet
I purchaed a macy's gift card from Cashcard.com for the value of 100.00 but only paid 91.00 for it. I purchased it in November 2015 for a christmas gift for my sister. My sister and I went shopping in March 2016 and the card had no value on it. I called them and they said they would give me a credit back for the 91.00 and it would be on my credit card within 3-5 business days. I checked and it wasn't so I called them again and was told the same thing, and still nothing. That's when I sent them and email requesting my refund only to receive one back, too bad, it's after the 45 days so we can't do anything about it. WHAT?? 45 days, when did gift cards fun out? This company if fraudlent and should be removed from the internet and also selling gift cards. There are so many complaints on the internet regarding this company. I should have read about them first before ordering from them. If you go to this site you can read up on them. scamguard.com/cardcashcom/
I hope everyone stays away from this company as you will only find stress with it and you will lose your money.
I hope this helps people before they purchase from cashcard.com. There are many companies out there far better than cashcard.
