This company gets you to sign up for deals and NEVER pays out. They make up excuses about why they aren't paying out and systematically reduce rewards as you complete offers to ensure that you will never meet the $400 minimum payout. I have emailed them with the information below and when they do respond, they simply say that they are sorry for a late response and offer no apology for what they are doing.
I am interested in seeking legal action. Please contact me if you are interested in doing so at

Issue 1 - The "Cash" Earnings
I have noticed that as more offers are completed the rewards and points are consistently shifting downward for the same current offers. Take a look at the attached image. I signed up a new account as a test to prove that indeed the same offers are being lowered on my account to be 80% less than a new signup. I feel this is intentionally designed to prevent me from reaching the $400 minimum cash amount for withdrawal from the website. I would like a response regarding this issue as getting that issue fixed would allow me to finally get a return on all of these offers I've been completing. I've actually spent money to sign up for some of these.
I do have one credit pending for $50 that shows on my account and to the best of my knowledge it is the "Great Car Rates" one. It was offered at $50 and 250 points at the time I accepted it. They also contacted me about the car I chose during that signup process. If you have more information on that pending cash, maybe you could correct me. Either way, I know I have completed to the end all offers I have attempted.
Issue 2 - No "points" every awarded for any offers I've completed.
According to my account history, I have completed the following offers. I have also listed the originally posted point values for these through my interface.
Car Rates ($25 cash + 250 points)
Value Pricing ($42.50 cash + 425 points)
Gamefly Video Games ($62.50 cash + 1,250 points)
Grocery Sweepstakes (could no longer find it)
Increase My Margin ($75.00 cash + 750 points)
FreeCreditReport.com ($50.00 cash + 500 points)
That adds up to $255 + Grocery Sweepstakes (probably just $5 or so) = $260. I'm happy to see that I have $242 showing on my account which works out close enough. However, notice that my account shows 0 points. I should have at least 3,175 points according to that history but I show none and I have definitely not spent any.
I should be eligible to purchase all of the following:
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (550 points)
Grand Theft Auto IV XBOX 360, PS3 (650 points)
Iomega Desktop Hard Drive 500 GB (1,050 points)
Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Router (450 points)
I should be able to purchase all of those and then still have 475 points left over. I request that you apply the appropriate reward points to my account and allow me to redeem them for these prizes.
