I believe Daniel may be confused. First, my wife who is the co-owner is not anywhere near sixty years old and has been in the retail business for 25 years. Therefore, she understands good customer service. She would never say any such thing about any customer. Second, we have several students from Ball State University who are very good customers. They appreciate how we treat everyone with respect no matter what kind of car they drive. Third, we have a long list of customers who come into our store at least once a month and spend $45.00 or less, and always bring their friends to shop with them. We even have customers who come in just to talk about how their pet just passed away or how the work on their new kitchen is going. We feel this is the reason we are here, to be a friend and helper to those in this community who appreciate quality merchandise at a reasonable price along with a friendly face. These are things you cannot always find at a big box store. I would encourage Daniel and his family to come back in and see if there is any way we can help them. Thanks to all our loyal customers in Muncie who continue to support us.

Your response is unwarranted. You are not an employee nor a customer as you apparently live in Alabama, not even close to me or the store. I assure you we were in the store on Wednesday, and that is what happened. The store has been open for about 6 months, so there is no possible way this happened last year. Another point, I have only been on this site since this morning so again, your bashing is unwarranted. I have not written any reports about any store before this happened. I have never felt so judged by someone who had no right as we did the other day. Besides, the tricycle is in this months magazine (2007), that is why my daughter knew what it was and why she wanted to touch it. Last year at this time, I was not shopping downtown as I didn't buy anything, because there was no cooking store here.

What are you talking about? This store has only been open for about 6 months. I have never been on here before, and I do not live in Alabama, I have never even been there. What are you talking about? I have never posted any comment about any bad customer issues for any store until today, which is due to the rediculous nature of the store. You either have me mistaken for someone else, or you are replying to the wrong thread. I assure you I went into the store on Wednesday, and I assure you that this is what happened.

You posted an identical report last year at Thanksgiving time (which indicates that this report is FAKE since you are referring to Thanksgiving of this year). This leads one to wonder if you are a competitor of this particular business, seeing as how you are intent on dragging their name through the mud in this manner.
