Castle - Corporate Resorts International Deceptive and Fraudulent marketing, sales, does not sell your timeshare, continues to demand more money, cannot be reached ripoff Orlando Florida
Castle Resorts (CRI) sent a contract to sell our timeshare at Westgate or pay our money back in six months. Paid them $842.49, then could not get a hold of them. When we did they would lie saying they took out 'property' to some show or something.
Finally reached them. Original people no longer worked there. A lady named Rebecca immediatley went into a sales speal demanding $985.00 more to 'bundle' ours timeshare for another month. 'You didn't tell us you wanted us to sell it that way,' she said.
This would have also precluded us from our contractual refund, so I immediatlely sent a certified/return receipt letter demanding $842.49. They received the letter within the required time but have not responded. We have called and left numerous messages. No response either when we call or when we leave a message.
