I know who you are Brian, see you there.June6-06-09 I signed a contract with APXALARM for 36 months at a outrageous monthly payment,you learn from your mistakes,with automatic withdrawal payment from my checking account.

I fullfilled my obligation with APXALARM and switched to Pinnacle security. At this time I was contacted by castlerock security telling me I owe them another years payment according to the renewal clause in the contract. On June6-09 my contracted ended.

According to the law in Texas and Illinois, during this time period these folks should have been contacting me within a specified time before renewal time and this never happened, When I questioned this, and asked if I could get proof that they had sent notifications before hand, I was told no, they didn't have proof. Surely someone would be accounting for an expense for a maling to customers or then again maybe not(SCAM). Another Time when I questioned these folks about this matter I was told by an employee that they don't have to abide by that law, I assume in any state they operate in, Texas,Illinois or any other.So why is that law there if they don't have to abide by it??

Now comes Anderson,Crenshaw & Crooks, "aka" castlerock security, threating to trun me into the credit bureau, calling at all times, sending letters, they have spent more on letters and phone calls then what I owe them which is nothing. IDIOTS!! As far a credit rating, go ahead, more fuel for the fire.

My name is Jared and am the Dispute Coordinator for Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates LLC.

I have been working within the legal departments of three different collection agencies over the past 14 years.  I can say that it is unfortunete that many accounts placed for collections are because the consumer may not understand or forget the full term of his/her contract.  It is a common situation.
