This company is difficult to reach and practices scandalous methods. Please, Please, if you have encountered as much difficulty as I have with this firm report them to the FTC and your attorney General's office. They have not contacted me after I have called, sent certified letters etc. filed a complaint with the better business bureau yet they reported the account to Experian dropping my score from 661 to 589 which now prevents me from getting my mortgage.
