Complaint Review: Cavok - Ryanair - Girona

Cavok, agencia que contrata personal para trabajar con Ryanair. La misma agencia hace un curso por 1950 euros, en la mayoria de los casos pone las personas en situaciones muy dificiles en el extranjero... Esto mismo paso a mi recientemente. Yo, el dia 14 de Mayo habia llamado Cavok, para una posible entrevista. El dia sigiente he ido hacer la entrevista a Reus. Un seor de Cavok habia hecho una presentacion sobre la empresa de Ryanair, y habia explicado el procedimiento.. Los requisitos eran "hablar" ingles, pasar un curso que vale 1950 Euros,(q en la entrevista eran aun 1700 Euros), y presentar referencias de los ultimos 5 aos. Nos han informado tambien que nos mandaban un paquete sobre el curso, que solo teniamos que leer 1 o 2 veces, para un examen que tuvimos q pasar antes de empezar el curso.. Despues de esto, tuve una "entrevista" de 3 minutos con el mismo seor de la presentacion. El querria saber porque yo querria hacer este trabajo y me ha preguntado si querria ser number 1 en un ao. (number 1 es la persona responsable de los tripulantes a bordo del avion) Tambien me ha preguntado donde querria tener mi base, y podia elegir entre Londres Stansted, Dublino, y Marseille.. Yo habia elegido Stansted. Por el pago del curso el seor habia ofrecido una financiacion por un banco con cual ellos estan en contacto. El seor habia dicho que esto curso valia 1700 Euros. Como yo no tenia dinero le pregunte si yo podia financiar el total. El seor habia dicho que esto era posible. El mismo dia he recibido un correo electronico que decia de haber tenido exito en la entrevista. El dia siguiente recibo una llamada del mismo seor, pidiendome de hacer un pago de 300 Euros para reservar el curso.. Esto me parecia raro, porque el seor me habia dicho de poder financiar el total de este curso. En fin, he hecho un pago de 300 Euros al banco para el curso. El dia siguiente recibo una llamada del banco diciendome de enviar mis datos para hacer la financiacion de un paga de 1950!! Euros.. Me parecia muy raro, porque el precio que me dijeron no era esto, encima acababa de hacer un pago de los 300 euros.. Mientras recibi los formularios de las referencias que tenia que ser rellanado por las empresas, o amig@s.. Yo habia preparado todo, y envie la informacion a Cavok... Nos han enviado por email un paquete de informaciones que era todo lo que se estudiaba durante el curso. El curso empezaba el 4 junio. El dia 2 de junio habia un examen que se tenia que pasar para acceder al curso. Yo y muchas otras personas no hemos pasado este examen.. Yo solo por 2 puntos, entonces podia repetir el dia siguiente. Estaba muy enfadada porque el seor nos ha dicho de no estudiar, sino que simplemente leerlo y que el examen era muy facil... El examen era muy dificil, que comprendeba muchas cosas tecnicas, que obviamente uno puede saber despues de haberlo estudiado.. Por fin, el dia siguiente, he fallado de nuevo el examen (era imposible aprender un libro en una noche), por un punto.. Asi, la examinadora me habia dado la posibilidad de responder a algunas preguntas.. Y he pasado... Empezamos el curso con 37 personas.. Pronto sabemos, que el maximo de participantes eran 35 personas.. Asi encontraban facilmente algun error para echar dos personas... El curso se tenia en un piso en Girona. La oficina/el piso ni tenia un interfon para llamar desde abajo.. Cada dia teniamos que llamar los vecinos para poder entrar al edificio.. Durante los primeros dias del curso habia presentado todas las referencias y documentos que necesitaban. Esto lo habiamos controlado varias veces. La gente que iba a trabajar a Londes tenia que rellenar un formulario para pedir un ID que permite a trabajar en el aeropuerto de Londres, y por esto nos han cobrado 25 Euros extra. Le segunda semana me han pedido de pagar el total del curso hasta el 18 de Junio. Me han pedido de pagar 1950... Yo estaba sorprendida porque a mi habian dicho 1700 Euros... Una chica que habia hecho la entrevista el mismo dia ha pagado 1700 euros. Me parecia muy raro que una persona paga 1700 y otros 1950... Yo he escito un mail en el que he pedido de pagar el total al final del curso, porque no tenia dinero.. (a este mail no me contestaron nunca) El dia 13 de Junio me han informado de haber cambiado mi base a Londres Luton en vez de Londres Stansted.. Yo no querria ir a Luton, pero la empresa pide flexibilidad.. En fin, ya me han cobrado el dinero para el ID, y yo habia presentado todas las referencias al personal de Cavok. El dia 6 de julio, despues del examen he ido a Londres Luton. Este mismo dia recibi una tarjeta temporal (que caducaba el 4 septiembre) para trabajar en el aeropuerto. Algun@s chic@s que se han ido al otro aeropuerto en Londres, han comentado en estas semanas que no podian trabajar porque la agencia ha perdido sus referencias, y tuvieron problemas.. Esta gente estaba alli sin dinero, en Londres (donde todo es carisimo), sin poder trabajar... Bueno, es muy duro.. Y sobre todo no es humano poner personas en tal situacion. Desafortunadamente esto pasa cada vez.. El dia 14 de agosto recibi un mail de Cavok! diciendo que el procedimiento en Luton era un poco diferente de Stansted y mas estricto.. (Bueno, ellos me han confirmado este mismo aeropuerto el dia 13 de Junio.) Diciendo que mis referencias no iban bien, a mi parece que algunas tambien estaban perdidas... Entonces yo le habia pedido de mandarme una copia de todas las referencias y un recibo del dinero que habia pagado en efectivo (desafortunadamente no habia pedido copias de estos). El seor de Cavok me decia que no tenia tiempo para esto.. Tampoco entiendo porque no se han puesto en contacto antes, si sabian que algo no iba bien.. Yo sabiendo de no poder trabajar despues del 4 de septiembre, tenia que pedir vacaciones no pagadas. Y el 1 de septiembre he vuelto a Barcelona, porque naturalmente no puedo vivir, ni sobrevivir en Londres sin trabajar (por culpa de esto tambien he perdido el deposito de un mes de la habitacion que alquilaba en Londres) Mery Spain

We have sent us a packet of information that was all that was studied during the course. The course started on June 4. The day had a June 2 examination that had to pass to enter the course.
