C&C Unisex Hair Salon Girl goes to get a perm and it FALLS OUT during the same day complaint resulting in salon KICKING me out of the store Waterbury Connecticut
Before it begin to tell the you my story, I want to make it clear that I am not a complaining type of person, so going back to the salon was out of the ordinary for me. With that said, a few of days I took my daughter to the salon to get her a perm for a special event. The salon was having a sale on perms and could take her right away. When the lady was finished with the perm and brushed it, the curls began to fall out. The supervisor even noticed and her eyes widen open when she saw it. When I spoke of my concens--it was disregarded and she masked it by telleing me that her hair is surposed to do that and when it dries that hair would fluff up.
Well, needless to say it didn't . I then went around to other salons to get their opinon and they agreed that she did not leave the perm solution on long enough and to go back. So, I did when I got their the manager was so nice and told me that he would make me happy and re do the perm. To make a long story short, when I came back the manger's attitude changed, he was angry and brought me to the back of the salon, then he told me that the perm was good and began to accusing me of just tring to get another perm. When I asked why he was not taking any responsibility for a bad perm, he rasied his voice and told me that he got his money and I got the perm so were are finished!
