Mr. Samuel Washington is at it again, he is now the General Manager of Credit Card Services in Florida so he states. I was contacted by phone as unavailable on the caller I.D. and spoke with a Mrs Kathy Woodley who persuaded me to give her my credit information which I reluctantly did after she had me talk to her supervisor Mr. Keith Grayson. They said they could lower my interest rate on my credit card by more than half and save me over $1440.00 a year on interest. After I told Mr. Grayson I would think it over he asked me to talk to his general manager Mr. Samuel Washington, who was very persuasive. I was skeptical and told him that I needed to talk to my wife about this before I made a decision, which I did and told her I wanted to check it out on the computer first. Thanks to your site I have easily made my decision.

I found Mr. Washington used to work for Nationwide Financial and had ripped off  another individual who posted their story on Ripoff Report. I felt obligated to report what I know about the unlawfulness of this service and hope it helps others.
