CCA First National Credit I was roped in and now they won't let me out Las Vegas Nevada
In July of 2003, I stupidly activated this account. When I realized my error (within a day after I hung up the phone) they said that my free trial membership had expired and I owed them a $199.99 mambership fee.
After taking that from me, I called them again to cancel. They told me to send a letter to the address provided requesting the cancellation. I sent that letter at the end of August.
A few days ago(October 3, 2003), I saw that they had taken even more money (two withdrawls of $99.99) out of my account. When I called them to dispute this, they told me that they never recieved the letter of cancellation and that I'm stuck in this stupid contract until August of 2004. Now I don't know what to do.
I feel that the only thing I can do right now is to talk to my bank and try to get my money reinstated to me. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Feel free to call, but I would prefer an e-mail. Thank you for any advice.

(There's no VISA, MasterCard or DISCOVER logo on your card.) 2.Keywords, UNSECURED CREDIT (Your credit is very MUCH unsecured!) 3.Keywords, MERCHANT CARD (Do you know what merchant means? AKA: merchandiser, retailer, dealer, or shop) 4. Keywords, Fast CASH (YOU really believe this?) Now, if you enjoy collecting junk catalogs and looking through them to see what you can afford, "Be our GUEST!" HOWEVER, YOU HAVE NO IDEA what the catalog even looks like! There's NO WEBSITE for you to view the items you want to know about. You MIGHT NOT even get what you ordered, if you order! THERE IS A FEE! NOTHING IS FREE PEOPLE!!! 1. It will cost you $199.99 just to get the catalog. 2. Two weeks later, we will take 2 payments of $99.99 just because WE LIKE YOU! Really! No other reason! a.) What do you need Credit Protection for? It's not a CREDIT CARD!!! b.) What do you need Security Guard for? If you get that, you paid $99.99 because you think someone will steal and kill you for this card! Read the fine print!!! 3.
