I placed a simple order which became a Buyer's Beware Nightmare.
DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. They are deceitful and very unprofessional. I ordered 25 lights in one color and received 9 in the correct color and 16 in a color I didn't order. The incorrect lights were placed in a box that had the color I did want only turning out to be the wrong color. A simple resolution was to reship me the correct color lighting and I would reship them the wrong lights once I received a pre-paid return label.
After another call attempt, I am now informed the lights I need are discontinued and they can not take back the opened black lights even though they are at fault for packaging the wrong lights. Now I'm really getting no where fast. They try and convince me to keep the black lights at a discount price. (I didn't want the black or else I would have ordered them) or they would not send me another shipment of a different color until I ship them back all the lights...which I wasn't about to do after reading all the consumer complaints about this company only a little too late after already placing my order.
After getting the run around for weeks saying the label is in the mail, I continuously called to try and resolve the matter calmly. Only after getting no where I had my wife try and clear up the problem. She now gets verbally abused by some low class animal who's in charge of customer service. Hopefully no one else will order through this website and get scammed like myself. I'm looking forward to seeing them on Shame on You, by Arnold Diaz, whom I contacted today, in the near future too.

Beware of Jeff and his wife! In all honesty, yes, we did mistakenly ship Mr. --- the wrong color. He received some of the fixtures in Black instead of Bronze as he ordered. The items were packed wrong at the factory - the exterior boxes showed one color yet the interior boxes showed a different color, which is still our fault. When Jeff did contact us, we offered to pick up the fixtures and give him a 100% refund. He declined and wanted to exchange the fixtures, which we agreed to once we received the other ones back. We were in the process of issuing a call tag to pick up the black fixtures, when the next day, Mrs. --- gave us a call demanding her money back or an exchange of fixtures BEFORE she allows us to pick back up the allegedly incorrect fixtures. We advised her that this was not our policy or for that matter ANYONE's policy. She really demanded that we issue her a credit BEFORE we can pick up our fixtures! HONESTLY, this is what she demanded!. I have an idea - I just picked up a nice gold cross at Macy's over the weekend for my wife. Maybe I should just call them on the phone and ask for a refund before I return it? Hmm.. When Mrs. ---- realizes how business is done on Earth, then they may contact us at any time and we will pick up the fixtures, and give them a full refund, gladly. And we don't have any fear of Arnold (whoever this is). If he has any brains at all, he would turn the story on the Jeff and his wife as they are the true crooks and ripoffs. Do Not sell to Jeff and his wife.
