CCS 1st National Card Do not trust this company Las Vegas Nevada
CCS is a company that offers all things "too good to be true." After being rushed through a conversation with their CSR who mind you, spoke fluent Ebonics, I was left in a stupor. What did this guy just say to me? I don't really know.
I decided to ask my questions at the end of our scripted talk. Not as easy as I thought. Instead of coherent answers, I was directed to a customer service line. Guess what? Busy, busy, busy. I went to make dinner [seriously] and came back about 40 minutes later [seriously] and it was still referring me to "be patient." Ha ha ha ha. So, I waited until the next day.
I tried it again and to no avail. So I called the activation center again. Two reps hung up on me. Great professional attitude there. I work in customer service, so I know a thing or two. On my third call, I demanded a supervisor. Nothing else. No name, no nothing. And to my surprise I actually got one!! Same old thing. "You need to call here and blah blah blah." So, before anything bad could happen, I went to my bank and got a new account.
Thank you, webmaster, whoever you are. This site saved me. At least I did my research before I got scammed and it is greatly appreciated.
