Just checked my mail 01/03/07 and guess what the cards have turned up and they state that the New You Living 2006 Catalog will follow shortly - If you work it out they take the money before the catolog (if it ever does) turns up.

I have read the reports from many many angry / hurt / broke people and have emailed my bank to cancel the transaction which takes place on January 12th 2007. Should be plenty of time to cancel / close my account.

Thanks to all for the bare facts about this scam company

Best of luck to all in trying to get your money back.

"The Recording Is For Quality Purpose Only"

CCA customer service will ask a series of questions regarding personal and banking information and will tell you the conversation is being recorded for quality purposes (with your permission of course). Well, guess what? They use these recordings not for their own quality purposes but to use it against you, the consumer. The questions were mostly giving them permission to withdraw from your bank account. You still have a chance to get your money back if those recordings were corrupt or inaudible. You can always ask them to listen to those recordings.

I have worked for this company for almost 3 years now and I see that they help their customers. All I have to say is read ALL your information beforehand. Even if you still have questions after you activate the card, call and ask questions, thats what the reps are here for; to make sure you fully understand the program, and for you to make sure its something you really want to go through before your trial period ends!!

This is a company that will rip you off if you let them first of all read the letter all the way and listen to the recorded message dont be a fool because that is why the owners of the company is rich first of all you will pay about 600 dollars just to get your account opened so that you can spen you credit line that is anywhere for 6500 to about 8500 now lets say you give them the 200 for the membership and you want to cancel and get your money back good luck ive been told they dont answer the and they waist your time till the free trial is up and you cant get a refund then now weather or not it builds your credit im not sure but dont count on the cash on demand card it will not give you enough cash for anything also the wording that they must read to you word for word is worded in such a way that you miss the important points and only get the illusions like you have a 200 dollar memebership fee but you get 8000 dollars and like you have to pay 200 dollars for the 2 crapy but they say great benifits but that you are establishing credit yeah right just remember they are hoseing you be a informed customer now if you know its a scam but its still something you want then best of luck to you just also know the stuff in the catalogs are higher prices you are paying every way you can also you will have to pay 10 percent for your balances now at a 8500 dollar balance thats 850 dollars most of the people that get this cant afford an 850 dollar a month payment because it is targeted to the lower imcomed people JUST BE INFORMED DONT BE FOOLED and good luck
