CCS Collection Services is continually calling regarding a debt that is not mine.
I called to explain that they are calling a cell phone number and that the bill they are trying to collect is not mine. When I asked the operator to contact their client, the business which uses their service to collect unpaid bills, she refused.
I asked to speak to a supervisor but she was also not responsive, informing me that the collection would still continue and that they would not contact the business requesting payment.
I am filing complaints against this company and this supervisor and by the looks of it, I will not be the first.

I learned that to stop the calls I need to send a cease communications letter.
My question is: who would hire CCS to collect when they're so inept?
